Eye of the Tiger Ministries Inc. & Turtle D's are run solely by volunteers. Even the board for both are Volunteers, and they make no income from the services we provide. Chef Turtle, aka Damian Reyes, is a full-time student while owning Turtle D's and producing products to sell to raise money for the non-profit Eye of the Tiger Ministries Inc. Once he graduates from college and comes home from the military, he will use his recipes and his mother's to open his dream restaurant serving everyone, including free meals for the homeless. The founders of Eye of the Tiger Ministries Inc. are Tonya Reyes-Dickerson & Lonnie Dickerson. They, too, are volunteers. As Tonya works as a volunteer for the ministry and Turtle D's, helping her son, her husband, Lonnie Dickerson, who is a volunteer as well, also works outside the organization.

We do have non-related volunteers that help manage and run the ministry events and we treat them just like family.
